    3泊しましたが、全体的には快適に過ごすことができました。 特に良かったのは客室の清掃です。外出して早めに戻った日も、部屋がとてもきれいに清掃されていて、タオルなどもきちんと交換されており、とても好印象でした。 朝食も種類が多く、毎朝楽しめました。ホテルは新潟駅の近くなので、電車やバスを利用する方にはとても便利な立地だと思います。 大浴場も利用しましたが、お湯は私にはかなり熱く感じました。また、11階でエレベーターのボタンを何度押しても反応しないことが何度かあり、別の階に移動してからエレベーターを利用することがありました。この点は少し不便でした。 周辺を徒歩で観光する場合は場所によって少し距離がありますが、駅を利用することが目的であれば便利だと思います。 いくつか気になる点はありましたが、部屋は静かで、清掃や朝食も良かったので、全体的には満足できる滞在でした。

    Spent 3 nights in this hotel. Excellent location and breakfast. And with the onsen available, what more can I ask when all my basic needs are met. Will stay here again if I visit Niigata again.

    Need to pay extra for a fanny pack when most hotels would replace those amenities daily. Don't even have a hairbrush or razor available. Love hotels are better than this.
