    This was my second time staying at Sur Hotel Boracay, and I still super love it here! Definitely great value for money! What I really appreciate is how easy it is to communicate our requests with the staff. We requested a birthday setup in the room, and they did such a great job! It was a lovely surprise for the celebrant. We also got the room area we requested, which was a plus. But what really makes this place special for me is the staff. Everyone was so nice, accommodating, and helpful! From the front desk to the bar and kitchen staff, housekeeping, other hotel workers, and even the security guards. When we asked for help surprising the celebrant with a cake we bought outside, they happily helped us out. The guards were also very helpful in calling e-bikes for us and assisting us with directions whenever we needed to go somewhere. We also noticed that our mini fridge wasn't working properly, and when we reported it, they immediately checked it and replaced it. Really appreciated how quickly they handled that! The rooms are pretty spacious, even for us who are on the bigger side! They also have the essentials like a TV, mini fridge, electric kettle for coffee, hair dryer, and hot and cold shower. Of course, there are a few things that could still be improved. The TV is a bit outdated and isn't even a smart TV, the WiFi doesn't really reach the rooms, and the buffet breakfast selection is quite limited. But honestly, none of these bothered us that much. One thing I also noticed is that during our stay last year, there weren't enough electric fans around the property. This year, though, they seem to have added more, including new ones! It's nice to see that they're making improvements. Overall, while I love the location and how affordable the place is, it's really the people working here that make me want to come back. Great service and genuinely helpful staff make such a difference! Would definitely stay here again on my next Boracay trip!

    No regrets at all. My husband even promised that once we go back to boracay, it will still be Sur Beach Resort. Staff were literally very hospitable!

    I still love the quiet location but i think the resort needs to upgrade their rooms already. A bit old compared to other newer hotels with same price.
