nice hotel , well situated on the beach front ,all inclusive food was good .The waiters who cleared the tables were lovely as were some of the bar staff .However .....reception staff seemed unfriendly and unhelpful ( I believe other customers have commented on this in reviews I`ve read) , 2 men took our bags to our room s -I`m perfectly capable of this and then stood there waiting for a tip , my daughter at the time was in her room on her own and this made her feel very uncomfortable.The animation team - one in particular was quite rude in his comments to my family - asking my daughters boyfriend if he`d lost his virginity ( he was reading Richard bransons book ) and commented my son was always eating - he`d had one ice cream! one man in the poolside bar refused to give my daughter a couple of drinks at one time saying she might get drunk - one of us usually went and got drinks for the others ( the 4 of us) at a time .There were definitely NOT enough sun loungers -we got up at 7.30 every day to get one - if we didn`t you didn't get one and it was too much to get loungers on the beach.we were at a room in rear of hotel -very noisy.
