My room person was very professional and assisted me whenever i needed help.

The room was really nice (loved the waterfall shower and huge comfy bed), as was the hotel. Had an issue with the fridge not working, this was replaced immediately. Staff were very welcoming, professional and helpful. Food was delicious and there was a wide variety of things to eat and drink. Had a thoroughly enjoyable and restful stay ☺️

I booked a junior suite Very nice ,housekeeping faultless despite being near a main road had a great nights sleep lovely terrace with swing very enjoyableWould definitely book again great location But would recommend booking with anyone except EXPEDIA as they missold it to me Nothing to do with Zense at all
