Comfortable bed, good pressure for shower, cold bathroom floor and heater in the room required frequent attention ( auto off ) meant room was cold in the early morning

Great location, easy walk to city centre, botanic gardens and university. Large rooms, good kitchen facilities for breakfast and heating meals up, big bathroom. It is an older building, so some things are not perfect but it is clean, comfortable and warm. We will definitely stay again.

Liked the historical feel to the place, central location. However parking difficult. Garden needs to be trimmed back.
