Everything was good but the smell of cigarettes strong

Good: variety of amenity goods, Big comfy bed, Big romantic bath with sauna
Bad: location (far to walk to station for visitors), not available to go out of room after check in without deposit

The room itself was a good size with a massive bathroom and ours had a large 2 person spa bath which was amazing. The hotel was further away from the JR train station than expected.
The hotel itself is very decorated and does have some adults-only facilities which may offend conservative customers. They have a policy of locking our hotel room from their office and if we wanted to step out, we needed to call them to open the door and pay a security deposit that would be returned upon our return. This policy is obviously in place for a different sort of customer situation.
The bed was described as a king size, but it was a queen bed with a padded border around the outside. And there was a massive coackroach in the bathroom due to the large drainage hole.
The staff were lovely though.
It's good for a overnight stay, or just for the experience of staying in a love hotel, but we would not recommend for a longer multi-night stay.
