    Unfortunately, my experience at Park Grazza Hotel was disappointing. The hotel offers poor value for money, especially considering the condition of the rooms and the overall quality of service. The room was outdated and poorly maintained. The bed and mattress were uncomfortable and of low quality, while the furniture and cabinets were old, scratched, chipped, and visibly worn out. The building itself was also old and in need of renovation. Additionally, there were strange and disturbing noises coming from the bathroom plumbing, which made the stay less comfortable. The hair dryer in our room was not working, although the staff provided us with another one after we requested it. Overall, the service and facilities were below expectations. On the positive side, the hotel’s location is convenient for exploring Istanbul. The cleaning service was good, and our room was cleaned daily. The staff also kept our luggage safe before check-in and after check out, and kindly allowed us to enter our room at 11:00 AM instead of the initially stated 12:30 PM, which we appreciated. However, despite these positive aspects, the overall experience did not meet expectations. The hotel needs significant improvements in room quality, furniture, maintenance, and facilities. Considering the price paid, I expected a much better standard of accommodation.
