The room was well-appointed, the check-in staff were friendly.
The breakfast is made to order and there is a variety of Asian and Western options. The night market is a few steps away, and close to all the major sites: Phousi Hill, the various Wats, etc.

The Boutique Hotel was very convenient, 2 min walking to Night Market and the Tak Bat and Temples. The staff is great. Always on hand to assist. Polite. The breakfast was very good.

I gave this hotel 5 stars, mainly because the woman who managed the place. I booked this on hotels.com, and there are many amenities listed that do not exist. There is no bar, even though there is a menu in the room advertising beer for sale. I also saw no bikes for use, and the airport transportation was the manager arranging a taxi for you. That being said, the room was good, and the ac was nice. The breakfast was delicious. The location was great! The morning market was right out the gate, and the night market was right down the street. The manager saved us lots of money by arranging transportation and alternatives to the tours to see some of the sites. They also had inexpensive laundry service.
