The bed was comfortable, a/c which was appreciated in the heat, room was clean, our window lock was broken so it didn’t lock. Friendly staff who spoke english

Was staying here 3 nights. In general, cheap and nice hotel, near the beach. Single room, was a bit on the smaller side. But, totally ok for one person. First day, it stinked smoke. Like really bad. But that got away after use of AC. Bed is nice and comfy, thin walls. I could hear the neighbors tv. So this is not for someone who is sensitive to the sounds. Was some mold in the bathroom on the walls in the shower and towel-rack. Ended up hanging towel on the door. In general, cheap and central if youre interested in beach stay. A bit on the old side tho. Could need an upgrade. But clean somehow.

I had a terrible experience at Hotel Solymar. The hotel is so noisy that you can hear every conversation from the nearby rooms as if people were actually in my room. On the last day, someone tried to get into my room at night. It is neither a comfortable nor a safe place. I would not recommend it to anyone.

unfortunately there is no kettle at the room, but small kettle at the small kitchen by the reception. there are lots of mold at the bathroom. there is only three socket at the room, one for tv, and one for fridge and only one left to use. window was very dirty and broken mesh. there is no restaurant around the area, and far from center.

I will say when I arrived the hotel wasn't what I expected....but it won me over. Location fantastic, felt safe there. Room cleaned every day and always left spotless. Reception staff were so helpful and very nice and polite. I wouldn't hesitate to go back there. Very impressed.

Good location for Huelin area and ticked into a quiet location off the main road. Hotel is mature, the beds were re uncomfortable (for us) and the bathroom was Spartan.

Although staff was friendly and helpful, it wasn’t a good place to stay in. There was no breakfast area in a room. We had to boil water and go to the room which was on the third floor. There was no table or a canteen like place to prepare and eat breakfast. We asked for the kettle, but there wasn’t space in a room to prepare breakfast, we ate on a bed.Air Conditioner was broken and upon informing reception nothing was fixed. It was boiling hot in a room at night and it wasn’t ideal to open a window as road traffic was loud to sleep with a window open. Terrible experience.

5 days Id realised after 3 it had more stuff than I needed so I neednt have gone for morning coffee or took a trip down town for the nearest supermarket. They had a guy on the door all day n night so that was excellent room was freezing tho dont pussyfoot its not your bills put the air on on

I would recommend this nice hotel in Malaga. Not so far from the center and the seafront of the city at a very honest price has granted a large fully renewed room and service perfectly cleaned daily. It doesn't serve breakfast but just outside several bars offer every kind of food.

I went for this hotel because of the price, not expecting much. What I got was a clean, comfortable room and although small, it had everything I needed. Even satellite tv. Less than100 mtrs from the beach it was an absolute bargain. The hotel staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. The neighbourhood quiet and safe. I would definitely recommend this hotel to fellow travellers.

Confusing whether anyone can use the kitchenette or not. Would have preferred the option to pay cash rather than card. Everything worked in the room and decor was good. Good nights sleep,although an extra pillow would have been better. Easy check out.

Then told Id have to pay 3 euros for 24hrs wifi even though the web site states free wifi. All in all the worst treatment I have ever received and I travel a lot, 2 days here from a 33 day trip. And at 39 euros a night thought it quite expensive.
