It made for a comfortable place to spend the night, but we arrived late and left early so cannot add more

The breakfast was lovely and the morning host (Florence) was absolutely charming. She really saved this hotel from getting a bad review. Check-in was shocking. It was supposed to be until 9:00pm but there was no one when we arrived at 8:30pm. Everything was closed. No one to answer the phone (we could hear it ring through the reception door). No instructions... This is located a little village in the middle of nowhere; nothing open around... We explored the buildings around looking for help and eventually found an open door and in the lobby we found an envelope with our keys.
Room for 4pp with only 2 cups and one spoon for tea and coffee. We did not feel welcome! Until we met Florence the next morning, who made up for the our ordeal...
