This place is perfect if you want to keep things simple and be in a close proximity to beach, restaurants, nightlife. It was easy to park and the staff was friendly and very accommodating. I will be going back.

Horrible from desk, did not honor the check in time that was given to me and forced me to wait several hours with bags and groceries in order to check in. Room service does not come daily and the room lacked any good amenities.

We only stayed one night and it was during a storm so we were not able to make full use of the facilities, pool ect. The lovely man on duty gave us ideas of places to visit and was very helpful. There is a bar next to the hotel that was full of locals who gave us a great welcome. They serve the most amazing burgers

Agoda picture uploads doesn't work so I'll explain: mold on shower curtain, no bolt lock on the door, dirty sink, dead bugs on window sill, no cover on light fixture, no Do Not disturb sign on door. A staff member barged into my room at 1 in the afternoon. There was no knock ahead of time and then boom my door flung wide open. There is no way to lock the door from the inside for safety and the door barely closed all the way. I had to make my own Do Not disturb sign to hang from the door. I did not feel safe at all here. Very trashy with ashtrays on each table.
The paper I received when checking in tells the whole story. It mentions no parties, no drugs, no bringing back other people to the rooms. It had good reviews but I believe they are for the previous owners as this looks like new ownership after the hurricanes. They have no clue how to run a resort. Run!
