Family room:
- overall is okay.
- room is tidy.
- toilet is okay.
- wifi is good.
- tv, normal channel.
- no nearby/walkable 24hrs mart that i can see.

Hotel a bit old. No tooth brush & tooth paste.
You can literally hear the snoring from next door.
Bath towels are very thin.
If not that fussy type of person then is ok to have a short stay.
