Had what we needed! Food was amazing. I was not fond of the smell of their cleaner.

The staff were good. Left early to catch the ferry, so did not stay for breakfast but the manager let us grab a muffin and fruit the night before to take with us. Only complaint was the trash was not emptied and it needed to be vacumed.

Staff is very friendly. The property is quiet.

Could have been fine except the carpet had been recently cleaned and the room smelled like damp dog and cleaning product. Carpet so wet we could not walk in stocking or bare feet.

Clean but the Roku was hard to learn

We had booked 2 rooms on our way to Quatsino fishing. Bernie was great, he sent an email prior to our trip and called after we first booked in March. I always ask for a quiet room with a view. He let me know it was by the airport with no view. We were supposed to get an upgrade but the Inn and all of the hotels in the area were full. The upgrade wasn't a big deal, we just wanted a clean room. He sent someone up to check the room for us and offered to let us use the breakfast room if we wanted a bigger space to have a beer and chat. The customer service was very attentive. The room was clean, the appliances were fairly new. A big sized fridge, coffee maker and microwave. The continental breakfast was good.

Easy check in

The Airport Inn really delivered on everything they offer. (1) We arrived early, were given the room right away (2) Staff were very welcoming and informative (3) The room was spacious, two very comfortable beds, a good sized very clean bathroom with loads of towels (4) Fridge was narrow but tall: great to have on a road trip! Microwave, coffee maker all good. (5) Breakfast included fruit, yogurts, cream cheese, cereals, milks, coffee, tea, several kinds of baked goods. All you need for a nice start. (6) The on-site Indian restaurant was delicious! Glad we read previous reviews and made that our last meal on the island. (7) Gotta repeat: great staff! Everyone we encountered was friendly but the Manager was exceptional. While the Airport Inn isn't in the heart of Port Moody it perfectly served our needs since we were exploring. All in all, excellent choice!

Quiet, comfortable beds, good sized fridge, bath Friendly staff and Indian restaurant on site. Clean and lots of parking.

Staff are super friendly and helpful. The hotel is older and hasn’t been updated a bunch, but it is quiet and clean and comfortable. The onsite Indian restaurant was delicious. Convenient laundry facilities. I found this place really nice and was glad I stayed.

Great for 1 night prior to catching the ferry to Prince Rupert.

It was great to have an excellent Indian restaurant on the property after a long day of travel.

Great little spot

Lady at check-in desk was super friendly and very helpful. Bernie was working nightshift, had some trouble with my tv and he came up to get it online again. Restaurant on premises served excellent Indian food. Great overall experience. Will definate stay here next time.

A quiet place to stay for a night between the ferries.

Clean, quiet, and reception was excellent. Lighting in room was insufficient for reading.

The staff were very attentive, friendly and professional. The room was clean. The building is getting tired, broken porcelain in the sink and tub, noticeable seams in the carpets, and the grounds are needing a refresh. We were disappointed that the restaurant is East Indian Food and it is a long ways into town for family dining. The breakfast buffet has only carbs with no protein- no eggs or anything like that. Overall though, it was clean and the bed was clean as well. The property does need a remodel soon. OK for the price!

Excellent stay

Location was great, the staff super freindly and easy check in. But the overwhelming smell of 420 and Curry was too much for the nostrils.

This hotel is such a gem, amazing room quality, and great Indian food next door.

A comfortable stay . Any issues were handled by the manager .

We had a wonderful time staying here. We came for a wedding on the beach. There is a gravel gathering area we were able to use for all of us to hang out on. Beautiful area and plan to visit again.

We spent three nights in a kitchenette unit and we were impressed by how clean it was, with modern appliances and a good size fridge. There is also a gigantic tv with many channels. The hotel is dated, but the upgrades make it very comfortable. There is also an awesome Indian restaurant on site and a small liquor store. While it is next to the airport, there are very few flights and noise wasn't an issue. It is only a 10 min drive from Port Hardy and it is in close proximity to nice beach walks. There is also a laundry room on site that guests can use after 4pm. Bernie the manager was excellent!!
