We had an issue with our room when we first arrived, but the staff at Harbour Suites went above and beyond to make it right. They responded quickly, brought us another bed, and even treated our entire group to drinks and lunch.
Their customer service was excellent, and we really appreciated how seriously they took our concerns. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but it’s how they’re handled that matters, and Harbour Suites exceeded our expectations. Thank you for making the rest of our stay so enjoyable!

Overall room was fine. People were so loud into the night but I guess that’s Put-in-Bay. People in the other rooms were singing and yelling until 4 am. There is no staff onsite after 9, so no one to notify. The floor was very dirty. We got caught in some rain and we tried to clean up the floor and the towel was very dark after. We weren’t there to really watch TV but I did try to turn it on to drown out the noise and the TV didn’t work. Overall we had a good time there but the hotel was meh.

The staff was polite and very helpful
For a mid 30’s group it was nice to have a bar at our stay.

Very clean and convenient. No bells and whistles. The friendly staff met all of our needs and it could not be in a better location. Will stay again!
