It's a beautiful property, and we really love staying there, it just needs a little more Love from the Owner:
The Pool area needs daily cleaning.
We would appreciate for rooms to be cleaned daily, because if we didn't ask for the room to be cleaned, it just wasn't done.
Linens and towels definitely need an upgrade.
We're thankful for the free breakfast daily, and for the kitchen staff to be so accommodating.
Lorelei is an excellent employee and it's because of her that I'm giving it a 4 star and not a 3 star review; I really hope she gets a raise and recognition from the Owner because she did SO MUCH for us, more than anybody else. She's a 5-star employee!

My room was comfy, large with a refrigerator holding beer for my consumption. The king size bed was very comfortable and the bath with walk in shower perfect. The pool is excellent in design with floats available and water seating. The resident cat and birds and turtles and rabbit are wonderful. Everything is first class in this hidden tropical paradise!
