✅Very luxurious room ✅spacious ✅ love the shower room Below hotel is eatery and convenience stores but 99% like a dead town ✅ very accessible to all tourist attractions ✅ breakfast- many varieties but i am curious why they dont provide butter for bread , but providing whipped cream to spread ✅ egg station need to improve. Should use induction hob instead of gas stove. I went 6am and i am the only one asking for scrambled egg and took 8 mins to heat up the pan🙄 Miso soup should placed beside plain porridge as guests need to scope the soup to porridge otherwise the porridge is too sticky hard to eat but miso soup was placed 40m away

The receptionist’s attitude was disappointing and came across as quite unprofessional. Additionally, the WiFi was not working at all during our stay. The delivery handling was also poor — items were left just like garbage, and there wasn’t even a proper delivery locker or designated area (e.g. Meituan pickup cabinet). I hope these issues can be improved for future guests.
