    房间有些异味，空调声音很大，即使最小风量也还是吵得难以入睡。

We stayed at Meci for 2 nights. We loved the decor of the lobby, well stocked with snacks (drinks, ice cream, tea eggs, biscuits and candies etc). My son loved the traditional marble game as well as nintendo switch. Meci is also located at the heart of many good eats, including nearby Tzen mochi and Cha’ge. Train station within walking distance. Room is comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay at Meci again!

I will definitely come back to this hotel the next time I visit Hualien. Highly recommended—great value for an affordable price! Thank you for the wonderful experience and excellent stay. I truly enjoyed my time here!

Old hotel with a musty smell. The toilet leaked, leaving the floor wet once we started using the tap. The room was tiny and generally poorly maintained. They also didn’t provide slippers. Staff were rather expressionless and unwelcoming. The only upside was that it’s about a 5–10 minute walk from the train station. Overall, a disappointing stay.
