    located across a park where people exercise all day, good facilities, however during our stay, they were doing some renovation works on lower floors, thus some noises, and WIFI and internet was disrupted on second day of our stay, TV also didn't work due internet outage

    I have stayed at this hotel 4 or 5 times in previous years. We kept coming back because it used to be fantastic. On our last visit, it was quite the opposite. When we checked into our room, I found the surfaces all to be covered in dust; like, run my finger through it dust. We called the front desk and asked housekeeping to come and properly clean the room. No one ever came. What's more, is when housekeeping came the next day, they STILL did not clean the dust! After their second visit, the room was still covered in dust. The front desk staff were unhelpful and we had to call several times to ask about this, but it was never resolved. Then there was the parking; there is supposed to be on-site parking in the hotel, but on our second day there, we were not able to park in the garage, but had to find parking in the lot next door. Why does the hotel not have guaranteed parking for their guests? I contacted their corporate headquarters to make a complaint; at first, I received a reply from corporate who let me know someone from Taiwan would be contacting me. They didn't. I followed up AGAIN, and they "apologized." They did not offer to comp any part of our stay, but offered a "discounted stay" for "our next visit." Seriously? Why would I ever stay at this hotel again when it was so expensive and the service so poor? This room was over 5,000NTD a night, and from a 4-star hotel, one expects better customer service. It's a shame they lost my business, because I used to be a returning customer.
