    I really enjoyed my stay at Le House. I loved the location, just one street off of the beach road. There are great restaurants and mini-marts nearby. The staff (Sunni) booked a day trip to BaNa Hills for me. They picked me up and dropped me off at the hotel. Definitely take this tour. Definitely would recommend Le House.

    Amazing relaxed neighborhood with so many hidden gem eateries nearby like Nha Viet and Nha Bep Xua. The location is perfect just a short walk to the beach while still feeling local and peaceful. Plenty of cafés, minimarts, massages, and authentic Vietnamese food spots all around the hotel. Staff were welcoming and helpful throughout the stay, and the area felt lively without being too touristy. Perfect base for exploring Da Nang and enjoying the local food scene. Would definitely stay here again!

    We booked this hotel with no prior information that it was under maintenance. Many of the advertised facilities, including the swimming pool and spa, were unavailable during our stay. We requested to leave the hotel early due to the disruption, but were only offered a partial refund after waiting in the lobby for over 5 hours to speak with the owner, as the on-site managers were unable to make any decisions themselves. On top of this, we were initially asked to pay an additional 2% card fee at check-in, which had not been disclosed anywhere during booking. This was especially frustrating considering the hotel uses TPBank, which offers free transactions for foreign cards. It’s a shame because the reception staff were kind, professional, and genuinely did their best to help us throughout the situation. Unfortunately, poor management and lack of transparency behind the scenes let them down.
