We stayed in the Standard Aircon Room on the 2nd floor. - The view from our shared balcony/corridor is amazing. Beautiful, idyllic, calm and serene. We enjoyed sunrise with a coffee and sunset view there. - You need to take an enjoyable short boat ride (10min) to/from the town. But only one round trip is covered and until 9:30pm, so additional boat ride and/or at later time will be charged. If you intend to enjoy night life in the town then might not be a good fit. Would recommend to stay here as a mix with a downtown accommodation to enjoy both vibe. Considering other much remote accommodation in Busuanga island (0.5-1hr away drive from the town, etc.) I think this place is perfect for those who want remote experience but still want to stay close to the town!
