The hotel has an awesome view, very kind and friendly stuff specialy bar tenders and a very funny animation team. Special thanks to Mr. Sherif and Mr. Mahmoud from reception team for free room upgrade, early check-in & birthday party. And very very special thanks to Luka from animation team, he is a very talanted person and really we had so much fun because of him

The staff was extremely friendly and very polite. Better than in the other hotels before. Usually I get bothered from egypt men, cause I am german woman travelling alone. But in this hotel it was totally different and very relaxing for me.
