    The hotel is quite old and the room is basic, but okay for a short stay and sleeping. Location is convenient to the city centre. I requested a complimentary anniversary arrangement when booking, but the hotel did not fulfill it or even respond, which was disappointing. Seems like the hotel is mostly occupied by Chinese 🇨🇳 guests.

    Unfortunately, my recent stay was quite disappointing compared to my previous visit. The room was not as clean as expected—the floor was sticky when I checked in, and I had to call housekeeping to have it mopped. The iron and ironing board were also missing from the room, so I had to call the front desk before they were delivered. The biggest disappointment was the TV. During my previous stay in a different room type, there was a Smart TV, so I assumed all rooms came with one. However, I found out that not every room has a Smart TV, which was quite inconvenient. It would be helpful if the hotel clearly stated which room categories include Smart TVs. I also noticed that the power socket in the room was loose and not properly secured to the wall (as shown in the attached photo). This is not only poor maintenance but could also be a safety concern that should be addressed as soon as possible. Overall, while the staff responded quickly whenever I called for assistance, I expected a more consistent standard of room quality and maintenance. I hope the hotel improves these issues for future guests.
