The hotel has all the facilities I need - good Wifi, hot water, comfortable bed.My room was spacious and comfortable. They happily changed my room when I requested a room with a better view with no argument. The hotel is in a good location close to the river and the local amenities (such as they are). All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant was good quality and a good price. There were many locals eating in the restaurant which is always a good sign.I would be very happy to stay at this hotel if I return to Sylhet.
