I cant fault this hotel. We are low maintence family who use this hotel as a base to travel around france. We visited disneyland and eftelling from this hotel. While both are a fair distance away we still found this hotel perfect

Nice and inexpensive hotel, very friendly staff. The beds were a bit small but the room was clean and there was enough space for our baggage. The whole property is gated and we felt safe.

Second time staying here and it is a nice hotel to stay at with the family if you have a family room as the kids have there own section. Unfortunately when we arrived the bed was broken. But the receptionist was nice and gave us a room accross the hall for me and 1 child. While my wife and the other kid stayed in the orginal room until the bed was fixed the next night. Overall is a very nice place to stay while we visit other areas of france/belgium

Rooms are quite ok. Good parking. Super strong springs for bathroom doors, hard to open. If you need any internet connection- stay away. They offer 0.6Mbps and they say it's fiber.

We enjoyed our stay here. Clean, comfortable and quiet. We had a room at the back of the hotel, which was only overlooked by trees. Breakfast was continental and included in our room rate. There were a few restaurants close by and a supermarket which was handy.

Shortly after booking they notified me that they had no hot water and suggested that I cancel unless I wanted to shower in cold water. I told them to cancel, and I told Expedia to cancel. I still got charged and no feedback from neither property nor Expedia.

Price/quality this is a very good pick for this hotel !It is a simple budget hotel, but has a reception and a decent breakfast in the morning, so actually has all you need for a good price.I have stayed in different hotels in the area, and this is one the best deals around.Being very close to the shopping center makes it also easy to go out and eat or buy something in the evening.

The room was a bit stuffy when we arrived and we found the window only opened a fraction at the top and, despite the large climatise sign on the wall, we were told it was finished on 1st Sept. We were fortunate that the workmen were there and reinstated the air-con.OK for overnight stop but I would choose elsewhere.

My experience at this hotel is by far the worst I've ever had. The receptionist/security personnel wouldn't let us check in unless we paid again; although our booking was prepaid through hotels.com. We had to contact hotels.com and wait for half an hour to get someone who speaks French to communicate with him and at the end he just refused us entry unless we paid again and more than the fare we already booked it for as well. Ultimately, we just had to pay again as we were tired and after an hour arguing with the guy it was obvious he's not going to change his mind and we had to pay! I also have to mention that we contacted the hotel directly on the check in day to say we are going to arrive late and we were told that our room is going to be ready whenever we arrive. Now, the hotel itself is very basic with non-lockable toilet doors, wifi that doesn't work and only 2 pillows per room; and I wouldn't dare to ask them for an extra pillow because you might easily get kicked out. The room itself was smelly, dusty and outdated. I know that this is a 3 star hotel but it is certainly much worse than that. I would avoid this hotel at ALL costs and I also have to blame hotels.com for having this hotel on their site and doing nothing about this whole thing.

He was going to spray my room with air fresher , but thankfully offered to move me before I had to ask as the smell was bad . Moved to next room and everything was fine . Eventually had a good night sleep followed by a well presented simple breakfast . Everything I required would stay again if I was in the area . Secure parking too

One night stopover on way to ferry at Dunkirk. Excellent accommodation breakfast very good.Close to auto route. A bonus was very good brasserie opposite.
