My stay at Hotel O2 Oxyzen, Kaikhali, Kolkata was truly a delightful experience. The biggest highlight of this hotel is the exceptional hospitality and warmth displayed by the entire staff. From the moment of check-in until departure, every team member was courteous, attentive, and always willing to assist with a smile, making me feel genuinely welcomed and valued as a guest. The hotel's location is another major advantage. Being situated very close to Kolkata Airport, it offers great convenience for both business and leisure travelers, especially those with early morning or late-night flights. The housekeeping services deserve special appreciation. The rooms were impeccably clean, well-maintained, and refreshed regularly, reflecting the hotel's commitment to hygiene and guest comfort. The food served at the restaurant was excellent in both quality and taste. The menu offered a good variety of options, and every meal was freshly prepared and delicious. The restaurant staff provided prompt and professional service, further enhancing the overall dining experience. Overall, Hotel O2 Oxyzen combines comfort, convenience, outstanding hospitality, excellent housekeeping, and quality dining, making it an ideal choice for anyone visiting Kolkata. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future.

I am Dr Paramjit Singh and whatever I am writing in review is correct. Worst stay so far in my life. Hotel is under total renovation and not fit for stay. Safety is at stake. Water supply in bath is contaminated with mud water. They could not fix WC in 12 hrs. Black muddy water was gushing and flushing since morning till late night. House keeping part is worst. Dirty towels, filthy and stinky bed sheets. Agoda is also culprit in our case. This site lured us with free Breakfast. Once your booking is over and it is non cancellation booking, free breakfast was not reflected. Now you are trapped.
