The service and facilities were exceptional. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The hotel is in close proximity to Mulungushi ICC and Kenneth Kaunda ICC. It is also within the walking distance to many malls.

This might be one of the best hotels in Lusaka. It has a good location in the middle of the city. The restaurant is good and there are two bars (piano and pool bar). The rooms were clean and spacious with good WiFi. There is a lot of staff around and all of them are kind and helpful.

I stayed for 4 nights. The reviews said location is great but it isn’t. Staying close to CBD is not cool. The hotel used to be great but maybe in the 80s. The rooms are clean but they don’t put much extras like lotion, toothbrush, etc. Their housekeeping team does a good job- they just make noise in the corridors though. Majority of the staff are very nice and helpful. I had one big issue: their breakfast 😰🤮 I am well travelled and I love a good hotel breakfast. I walked in the restaurant for the buffet breakfast and there was hardly anything I could eat. Everything seemed off. Cheap quality cordial for a real juice, stale bread, terrible coffee. I’m not exaggerating- their ‘filter’ coffee was 95% water and a bit of instant chicory. They need a new Food & Beverages manager and a new chef. I raised issue with the restaurant supervisor and he was rude and unhelpful. Simply said that’s how they make it! I was appalled 😦
