Small independent apartment, on the ground floor with excellent finishes, for short and long vacations. Well equipped with washing machine, air conditioning and dishwasher. The apartment is located near the beaches, the center of Riccione and its station, from which shuttle buses to the most famous discotheques. It is also a few kilometers from the Misano racetrack, from Rimini and its beautiful hills.
The accommodation!
Upon arrival, you can park the car and forget it for as long as the stay. Both are near the beach and its renovated waterfront and the famous promenade of Viale Ceccarini and Viale Dante.
This does not preclude the apartment was a great stopover point from which to start discovering the many cultural sites, culinary and artistic in the vicinity, such as, for example, Rimini and its hinterland, San Marino and Gradara. They are also near the many theme parks of the Riviera, first of all Acquafan overseas.

The entrance opens onto a small courtyard furnished with a large table and chairs, where guests can enjoy.
The district!
The apartment takes place in the oldest residential district of Italian haute bourgeoisie of the past: now beautifully restored, is intended not only for summer housing, but also in cultural and artistic activities. To name a few: Villa Franceschi, Villa Lodi Fe 'and Villa Mussolini.
The neighborhood overlooks the modern waterfront that frames the entire coastline of Riccione: on it bars, restaurants, fountains, green spaces and bike path make it immensely pleasant walks and sports activities, which many choose to practice here.

Around the apartment there is all sorts of activities to which the guest may need, as it is located in the heart of the Romagna tourist capital. And 'it recommended to visit the country every Wednesday summer evening, in conjunction with the exhibition "Movida de Pais".
They are easily accessible, moreover, all the theme parks (Aquafan, Overseas, Beach Village, Aquarium of Cattolica - Le Navi, Italy in Miniature, Fiabilandia, San Marino Adventures, etc ..), the Misano circuit "Marco Simoncelli" and the Befane the mall, as well as the many villages of our hills, rich in history and culinary delights.
