    staffs and location are great. located right in the middle of bandar hilir but be careful when crossing the road to the opposite side..room condition not up to par...bedroom furniture a bit old but clean..toilet too small n a bit mouldy..overall it's ok, have a good night sleep

    The room we were given upon check-in was old and dim - furniture chair broken, floor board ripped such that can trip over, ceilling had molds. We requested for change of room; hotel staff showed us a few room for us to choose. We changed room but still saw insect larva hanging on ceilling. Room clean up, change of towels were only upon request not daily auto clean up. Location was the only upside of the hotel which is walking distance to malls; jonker walk street is about 15 min walk away though. Hotel rating should be max 3 stars; definitely not a 4 star hotel. I was disappointed to book my family this hotel; they deserve better.
