Our room smelled like an old 70's smoking room & mold. It looked clean and the bed were nice. The carpet needed to be cleaned desperately as it turn my feet brown with dirt when I was barefoot. The staff was great, friendly and always smiling!! Thank you so much!!

Everything was great and the pool was well used. The breakfast was better than most places. However, I had a difficult time finding cutlery. I noticed the bowls were over there and the oatmeal was over there and the cereal over there. It seemed I had to cross from one area to another and one side to the other to put my breakfast together. I realize this was before drinking my coffee, so maybe I was a bit lost. It seems this could be better organized with plates, bowls, and cutlery together, the oatmeal and cereal near each other (perhaps this is where the bowls should be).
I was greatly helped by one of the staff, I do not recall the name, but I think she looked like she could be cast in Downton Abbey (Mrs. Patmore). If it wasn't for her, I would have starved. She even brought me my oatmeal and helped with the pepper.
Then I had coffee and my day went much better.
Front desk staff was very friendly, and housekeeping was very helpful when we needed a plunger.
