    After I have check in about one hour,started to realise that air-conditioning is not working properly, I was given a fan,from 11 to 230 am,loud noise from neigjbour affected my rest,thin wall,after I complain, the reception came and check,claim that the noise was from air-conditioning duct..no apologies from management as the room is paid and happily taken my money and say bye..don't ever stay in this hotel..

    This place truly impressed with its cleanliness and excellent facilities, making it a comfortable retreat. The staff was friendly and attentive, enhancing the overall experience. The location was ideal for exploring the area, and the Wi-Fi was reliable, which made staying connected easy. Additionally, the transport options nearby added convenience to our travels, ensuring a seamless stay from start to finish.

    I was pleasantly surprised, as we had to vacate a so called 5 star hotel due to health concerns (mould, I'm asthmatic). My wife chose Tree Art and I complained that it was only a 3 star. Let me say, the room.was better than most 4 star I stay in and the staff were so accomodationg and couldn't do enough to help.

    As a couple we had booked the deluxe room but the room didn’t come with enough furniture. One chair, one bedside table with no electrical outlet to charge your phone. Being that me and my wife do not touch our bed before we shower, we had no place to relax in the room. We had to resort to charging our phone at the minibar. The toilet in our room had a bit of malfunction switching between the shower and the shower head. The shower head could only go between mist and a piercing mode which hurts to shower with. We then requested to have our room changed to the room for 3 which came with an extra single bed, sofa and an extra bedside table where an electrical outlet was. We also requested the shower head to be changed but the replacement shower head was moldy. We resorted to walking to the hardware store to purchase a replacement for real cheap and it was worth it for the few nights we stayed there. Location was a little off but at least there were a few coffee shops and an extremely busy sushi restaurant located nearby. I seriously hope that they can improve on their cleanliness and add in more furniture for goodness sake.
