The staff were very nice, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. The resort offers great value for money—comfortable, enjoyable, and reasonably priced without feeling too expensive. The food was also really good, with plenty of options and satisfying portions. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and definitely a place I’d consider visiting again. Highly recommended!

We stayed here for a day to rest after a long, tiring city tour in Sorsogon. The hotel offers great value for money and features a wonderful view. However, I wouldn't highly recommend visiting during the off-peak season. There is definitely room for improvement regarding room maintenance. The AC needs updating, the water heater in the bathroom was defective, and the wooden furniture—specifically the bed frame—had termites (anay). On the positive side, the staff was wonderful. The receptionist and the night caretaker (kuya) were very polite and highly accommodating with all of our requests and concerns. Overall, it was still a great experience, but fixing these issues would make it much better

Check-in staff could not be bothered helping at all with any recommendations. They just directed us to other places to ask. Room was tired. Bathroom needs renovating. Hot water didn't work. Pool was ok but needed some renovations also. Food was ok as they used fresh vegetables from their own garden. We went off season, but that shouldn't be a reason for the lack of service.

We traveled a long way to relax, but our experience fell short. Lobby: Strong, unpleasant odor upon arrival that went unaddressed. Room: Poor cleanliness, a clogged sink, and a weak toilet flush. Facilities: The pool and restaurant food were okay, but didn't make up for the room issues. We understand things happen, but basic cleanliness and proper maintenance are essential. We hope management improves these areas for future guests.
