Check-in and check-out were very easy. Parking was convenient and free in the city lot. We stayed in Sara's Room on the 3rd floor. The bathroom area is on a raised platform, so a light is needed to avoid tripping on the steps at night. The toilet is in a very confined space and low to the ground, so this room is not for people with disabilities. We are not, so it worked for us. The TV (Dish) is a bit confusing, so we didn't bother to watch anything. Check-in and check-out times are perfect. Michael is very agreeable, though I only spoke to him over the phone. The location couldn't be any better - right on the Public Square and convenient to everything in the historic area. All-in-all, we were pleased well enough.
