I stayed 1/30/26 - 2/1/26. The parking lot was super icy but not much could have been done after winter storm came through.
Lobby was clean and offered infused water & coffee for guests.
Plenty of parking spots available.
Concierge was great and although you could check-in via the app and use your phone as a keycard, I still wanted to speak to a person. Check-in was quick.
Room was clean and comfortable. My only critique is that there were not enough towels/washcloths provided, just 1 each per person. We also used the pool which had no fresh towels available so we were using our room towels. This is why I'm deducting 1 star.
Didn't try the breakfast there, but wish I had. Other guests were quiet or friendly. The location is perfect too -- lots of shopping and restaurants in immediate area and not too far from downtown. I felt safe staying here.
Overall, I would definitely stay here again next visit!
