Our room was on the upper level which required carrying luggage up stairs. The room was quite large with a sofa and king size bed. Overall clean and comfortable for our one night stay.

Upon checked-in, my hubby and I switched on the air-con heater and found it not working which we try n tested for 10 minutes. Then asked the staff from the reception counter (a French youth man), he came to check and told us this was working during the last client before us and asked us to use the below heater machine instead. We told him we came from tropical country we’re afraid of cold and asked him whether could arrange to change other room. He told us no other rooms were available. After out for dinner and return to our room, we found the below heater machine was able to warm the room but extremely noise and we had no choice to switch it off and depend on the bed linen warmer for our sleeping. We found that the motel had vacancy rooms and this was showed in front of the motel entrance signage (see my photo). Any other clients want to have a warm and quiet night during winter time avoid to stay this motel. Staff was not accommodating and serving client even they had spare room!
