    We were traveling from TX to CA. We had checked in to a different hotel that we had already booked online but the room looked nothing like the pictures on the Web and the staff was not friendly. It was a dump. We checked out of that other hotel and found a great deal on a room at the Hampton. The young lady at the front desk was very helpful and courteous. The hotel was very nice.
