The Good: Service and Perks: Responsive Front Desk: The reception staff is welcoming, efficient, and quick to assist. Free Shuttle Service: The complimentary shuttle adds great value and convenience for exploring the city. The Bad: Amenities and Breakfast: No Default In-Room Facilities: Rooms lack standard amenities upon arrival; you must explicitly request items like electric kettles or toiletries from the staff. Basic Breakfast: The morning meal selection is extremely limited and lacks variety. Important Booking Tip: Stay in the Main Building: Always request a room in the main heritage building. Avoid the annex building, as it lacks the same character and comfort.

    We had a lovely stay here. The location is perfect, the room are so spacious, clean and very nicely furnished. Staff is helpful and even gave us a free ride to the bus station.
