    No wifi.. the comfort rooms are not well functional.. even the lights sa room kulang..

    I spent most of my years in Cagayan de Oro since I was a child. CVH was always our go-to because it was family-friendly and had accessible pool locations. I must say, in my 30 years, my family & I have visited and stayed overnight in CVH for more than 30 times already. Very recently, last May22, a staff assigned to our floor was rudely communicating with our 5-year-old toddler. It was around 10PM and our toddler, accompanied by her adult aunt, went down to find the nearest cafe. It would have been udnerstandable had the staff reprimanded our toddler via the adult...but the staff targeted the child; when she saw the adult present, the staff kept her mouth shut and just went about her way. We were confused. Why would a staff easily raise her voice on a toddler and would not communicate the matter when there is an adult present? To top it all off, that night was the toddler's birthday. The child specifically wished for her birthday to be celebrated at CVH because she practically grew up swimming there on several annual occasions. That was the first time we've encountered such in all our years of visiting Country Village Hotel.

    Really enjoyed our stay, staff were lovely especially the boys in the restaurant. Irish pub amazing, pool excellent. Everything clean just showers need an update if anything

    They charged me 200 for my 1 year old on pool entrance. Staffs are not nice. Room is not cool enough to enjoy , rest and sleep well. Terrible overall rating!
