Very Fuss-free Hotel. I got a room with a balcony on the top. But the balcony was very small with a very high wall covering the city view. Rooms had simple yet nice decor. Rooms did not have a fridge but that was not a problem. Hotel was just a 5 mins walk to Mataram Mall where you can get your amenities and food there.

We stayed here after coming from Senaru and needed some AC and comfy bed. Location is great right next to Mataram mall. Room is big with hot shower and very comfy bed. Staff are very courteous and super helpful. Stayed for 2 nights before heading back to Kuta. Definitely worth a stay when in Mataram.

This is a "cutesy" hotel with small, simple rooms, great bathrooms, hot water and strong water pressure. Although the breakfast is "Indonesian," it is good, has lots of fruit, and you can order an omelet. We speak Indonesian so don't know about staff English skills, but we can say that staff are very helpful. The small fabric/shirt shop has fair, fixed prices and there is a local "mall" with McDonalds and Pizza Hut a five-minute walk away. Taxis wait across the street from the hotel.

stayed for 1 night only on our way to Gili Trawangan, the hotel is simple and minimalist because they don't provide many facilities. The main concern for me is they need to pay more attention for the cleanliness of the hotel especially the bedding. During my stay the bed sheets & pillow covers had some stains which for some people might find this unpleasant. The breakfast was simple but tasty.
