    The hotel sits in the quiet, peaceful side of Boracay (Station 1). It is a beachfront hotel that offers free breakfast and is very family friendly. The room is clean and the staff are friendly and very accommodating.

    Far, breakfast unacceptable, need to spend more money to bare tut tut transportation to station 2 which is peak place

    We specifically booked this hotel because we want to play beach volleyball everyday, but to our surprise the hotel is better than we expected. This is a gem in Station 1. Though the facilities are no longer new, but still everything is still well maintained

    The biggest selling point of Residencia Boracay is definitely its location. White Beach is literally right in front of its café and bar, with beachside benches and chairs where you can sit back, relax, and enjoy Boracay’s famous golden hour. For us, this alone made the place worth considering. The room was spacious, with one single bed and one double bed. I appreciated the thoughtful little details, such as a designated hanging area for drying wet clothes, plenty of hangers, and an umbrella readily available for guests. The small garden also added a lovely touch of charm to the otherwise compact property. That said, the accommodations could use a little updating. The room was comfortable enough, but some of the furnishings felt dated. There was no extra table for luggage, and the cabinet was quite small, even for a backpack-sized bag on a three-day trip. The toilet and shower were clean, although they also showed their age. What truly made the stay pleasant was the staff. Everyone was nice and welcoming, especially the gentleman who prepared breakfast. He was kind, friendly, and pleasantly chatty without ever being intrusive. That kind of genuine hospitality makes a difference. Overall, Residencia Boracay offers a warm, homey atmosphere. It is simple and unpretentious, not the kind of place you book for luxurious or modern accommodations. However, if your priority is being right by the beach, enjoying the sunset, and having friendly people around, it delivers where it matters most.
