    I have to write a big review of this hotel! After a detailed search of pictures of all the rooms, I decided on a room with a good view, a large bed and a bathtub where I could relax in hot water. Upon arrival at the hotel, the staff greeted me and directed me to another hotel. In that other hotel, the receptionists looked at me like I was a refugee, not a guest (I felt bad). I got a replacement room in the replacement hotel with a view of the trash cans, the TV didn't work. Next morning at 8 am, housekeeping woke me up by banging on the door. I told them I needed 20 minutes to get out of the room and I was gone the whole day. When I returned, I was greeted by an uncleaned room, without new towels. After complaining to the reception of both hotels, I got some solution for a third room. ***I don't know if anyone will read this, but this kind of business is totally unserious towards its guests. So I like the red Ferrari in the catalog and pay the deposit, and at the dealership the buyer meets me with a red Fiat and tells me it's also a sports car.

    Have been staying in the same hotel for almost all my business trips for the past 10 yrs. Recently, they gave a the room a very nice scent smell. Love it!
