Fui por 2 noches a inicio de diciembre.
El personal super atento. Las instalaciones siempre limpias. El desayuno es ideal para iniciar el día. Todo fluye naturalmente en una estadía que fue super tranquila y relajante. A la piscina no ingresamos porque es muy fría y los días los teníamos programados con otras actividades. Es una zona accesible en pocitos. A pocas cuadras del parque de la amistad. Cerca del mvd shopping y de las paradas de ómnibus para ir a todos lados. Muy recomendable. Volveremos.

Terrible mi estadía allí. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba en caliente ya que lo controlan centralizadamente y me dijeron que ya había sido cambiado para aire frío. Esa noche habían 10° y estaba muy fría la habitación y el baño. Me ofrecieron mantas adicionales y un caloventilador.
La habitación es bonita, cama grande y confortable pero MUY RUIDOSO todo el hotel. Se escucha absolutamente todo, tanto x los pasillos como x el respiradero del baño. Y esa noche que me hospedé yo, estaba lleno de adolescentes aparentemente de algún torneo y no pararon de GRITAR A VIVA VOZ y tocar un TIMBRE a toda hora. Fue imposible dormir.
No me volvería a hospedar allí. Hay mejores opciones por ese dinero. Las instalaciones y el desayuno es muy destacable, sin embargo yo necesitaba descansar bien pues tengo a mi madre hospitalizada y eso no lo pude conseguir.

It was a very high priced weekend in MVD so I changed my usual (lux) hotel which had increased pricing by 100% for the period and went to this one instead. Location is superb and the room was large, well insulated for noise and light with a functional kitchenette space and work desk. Staff were friendly, attentive and professional.
Breakfast was generous and it looked like most people were enjoying it and filling their boots! (I'm vegetarian so it's unfair for me to make any comment about food as the focus in Uruguay is very much on meat and fish which I know are considered very high standard).
I prefer coffee in the room so came prepared with my own jar. There was no option for (charged) speciality coffee from the breakfast room but plenty of decent coffee shops within short walking distance.
There was nothing about the physical aspects of the hotel to rave about, however the staff are a credit to the hotel and provided an authentically warm Uruguayan welcome!
