Had a fabulous holiday at Cavala. The hotel has real charm and the Friday nights have a great atmosphere. Banana Republic immediately across the road where the hotels pool and bar is, is a great space, beautifully maintained garden and great food and enthusiastic staff. Will definitely recommend.
Balcony was a good size with a great view.
The only negative was the amount of large ants in the bathroom which there were more than just a few. It maybe was due to just being after the monsoon.

Old world charm,a shock on my arrival after staying in a large city hotel in Mumbai.After we settled in and could see the staff made every effort to ensure that our stay was as comfortable and pleasant as possible.The rooms were large but a bit spartan as far as luggage storage and bed side drawers but very clean and presentable.Its like staying in an family hotel of yesteryear.Good breakfasts and tasty Goan cuisine,ate there often and very good.

Nice hotel. One of the best if you want to stay near Baga. For the price there really should be wifi in the rooms. Makes planning for the day etc really difficult with no wifi in room, something that should be fairly standard at this higher price point. Breakfast simple but fresh. Pool is opposite the hotel, nice to use the pool for a quick break.

The staff and management were very welcoming, always asking I’m ok and need anything.
2 minutes to the beach and shops. Clean pool. Food amazing, big breakfast. Highly recommend.
