    Excellent stay and very friendly staff — definitely a 5-star experience for us! Even though our stay was short, we really enjoyed it. The location is perfect for travelers because it’s only a very short walk to Malpensa Airport, which made everything super convenient and stress-free. The staff at the counter were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived. Their positive attitude really made a difference and gave us a great first impression of the hotel. The hotel was also very clean, modern, and comfortable. We even received a small freebie gift — an ID lace/lanyard — which was a nice touch and made the stay feel more special. It seemed like part of their guest program or welcome package. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable airport hotel with amazing staff!

    A good choice for a convenient airport stay. The hotel is clean, comfortable. Staff were friendly and efficient, check-in was quick, and the room was quiet and comfortable. The location is ideal for early flights, with walkable access to terminal 2. There’s a frequent free bus to terminal 1

    I would recommend for location at Terminal 2. If your flight is at Terminal 1 or 3, pick Sheraton. Staff were nice, kind and helpful we got a big room from r me and children. The only thing is I couldn't sleep we were in street level and we can't open the windows for safety and security. Mid April is already 16-20 degrees in Italy. It was so warm in the room.

    I had a good stay but there were no amenities at the room. No free bottled water, shampoo, and body wash. The staff were kind of rude too.
