The management appear to have upped their game, glasses and plates were cleared on an ongoing basis. My room was cleaned and made up daily. The food was varied, I could always find something to my taste.
Ali from the spa was an absolute star, so very helpful at all times. Why management don’t use him for customer liaison is a mystery, instead of the ladies sitting at a desk all day not mingling with the guests.
The boat trip is an absolute must.
I had no complaints.

The staff is so friendly , the hotel is situated next to the sea directly. They chef he make really good food and fresh all the day really it’s all inclusive . You feel relaxe if you have family in this hotel .
