The seating is the worse ever, very short soft chairs in the dining area.
This maybe a new normal, but I don’t think I have ever experience an unmanned reception desk. We had to wait for clerk when checking in was very friendly for checking in. But during our two
day stay it was unmanned every time we came in and left. During breakfast people were waiting to check out again clerk was in back room unable to see the desk.
