    Got to the hotel at 10:30 after a long flight, easy access to keys room was clean food was easy, sleep like a log early morning leaving was so easy, dropped the keys down to the ground floor, pleasant and quick, will be back thanks to Branden

    The hotel told me they upgraded my room from Balcony with a view of Sydney which I booked To no Balcony and a partial side view plus aircon that sounded lovely or a plane taking off The GM apologised and said staff felt they gave me a better room . But made a mistake the aircon sounded like a plane taking off and need to be on as room tiny hot and stuffy alright Like to be reimbursed but hotel won’t maybe Agoda will
