Check in was fast and easy we were able to check in early. Staff was nice. The room was clean and liked that it provided a mini fridge and microwave. The place was quiet so I was able to have a good night rest. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to friends and family and anyone who wants to enjoy a nice quiet stay

Nice room overall, easy parking. The negative I've experienced both times is that even in the middle of the day, the lobby is never open so you have to speak with someone through a window. It makes the hotel feel like a cheap gas station in a bad area although Glendale is actually nice. Keeping the lobby closed makes the hotel feel very cheap.
