Really nice hotel with great food and service.breakfast didnt start until 08.00am which was a little late for our Eurotunnel booking but after a bit of persuasion they let us have breakfast at 07.30 so made it in good time.

The hotel is in a good location. A short walk to the promenade. The staff was nice. The room itself is decent but the bathroom is a bit outdated for a four star hotel the breakfast didn’t have a lot of hot foods (only eggs and bacon).

This hotel went beyond our expectations. Fantastic. It ticked all the right boxes, quiet location for sleeping, a four to five minute walk to the beautiful sandy beach, 10-15 minutes walk to the town centre. Comfy beds, lovely breakfast, spotlessly clean and lovely staff. Can’t ask for more

The hotel was very clean. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The lobby and lounge areas were inviting with the fire places burning. The room was spacious and comfortable with all amenities needed. The breakfast buffet was always fresh and plentiful. The restaurant served delicious food from either the menu or a prepared selection for the day. The walk to the beach, shops or other restaurants is short. Onsite parking was a bonus.It should be noted that the lobby is not open 24 hours so plan your arrival accordingly. Once checked in, there is a code to get into the hotel through a side door.If I were to return to De Panne, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

They waited up till I came which was 11 pm, Donny was quick at check in , got me a very comfortable room and handed me a bottle of water. It's definitely the place to stay.

Great location about 5 minutes walk from the beach. Hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was perfect, having everything you could want. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very quiet at night so it was easy to get a good night's sleep. Nice indoor pool which the children enjoyed on wet and windy days (which were quite often even though it was early August). Parking was included but a little awkward since the hotel is situated on the top of a small hill. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a lovely stay with our two children. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was huge with separate shower and bath. Bath robes for the pool were great. Breakfast was a good selection and all fresh and tasty. Staff were lovely and helpful. Kids used the pool 3 times and hubby loved the saunas.

Stayed a couple of nights prior to taking the ferry back to Dover. Couldnt find a mini bar despite the hotel staff mentioning we had one a number of times. Used the (indoor) pool on both nights which was pretty small but the boys enjoyed it

The welcome staff were very helpful. The room was clean and it was large enough for the four of us. Breakfast was ok. On leaving we were charged an additional €20 to change the camp bed to a cot, a little annoying.

Check-in was quick and efficient, staff very helpful. Room was spotless, beds were comfy, bathroom clean and functional. Lots of wardrobe space, room had safe deposit box and mini bar.
