    Good, clean hotel, no reception or staff to assist, online checkout. We have not received any link to activate our room key, so had to waste time on WhatsApp to get it sorted. Telephone line is not responsive at all. Poor communication between Agoda and McDreams and we were charged small additional service fee not mentioned by Agoda. This has never happened before when we booked McDreams through ***. Free parking if you display parking card with dates of your stay, available at the kiosk check-in or in the room.
