    We are so happy for celebrating birthday of my husband at your hotel. Specially, thank you so much Ms. Amirah from reservation for taking note my requests during this vacation. Its really more wonderful if Receptionist could check booking number of guests before arriving. The reason is after i got my bookings number, i want to double check it with the receptionist at the hotel but they said they couldn't check it except Reservation. Then, i must wait until the next day for checking all my requests. Ya, it was lucky Amirah coming who incharged of my requests. From that, i hope management of hotel could consider about this issue. One more thing, Thankful Ms. Lavanya and Ms. Hasifah( incharge of Breakfast) for giving my husband the wonderful surprising birthday. He is really happy for that. The next, thanks Khuaifah and Oktovia for checking in and check out very fast. And the other staffs of F&B, FO are very good also. Hopefully we will come back again sooner.

    Just beside lost world of tambun. Nearby surau. Breakfast had to walk all the way over to the entrance of the theme park though, not at the hotel itself.

    So many steps to log in to their free wifi previously it was so easy. on the day of our stay we requested for assistance for their IT guy to help us log in to their wifi internet access and none came despite 3 attempts by front office team to get their IT team to come.. Water heater for bath room wasn't working well. you need to leave the water running for at least 20 mins before warm water come in.

    The only good about this stay is free night tickets to Lost world of Tambun. Little choice of breakfast and the toilet cleanliness is bad. Staff very friendly.
